Strategy and Business Development Intern 亚太总部实习生 （上海）
Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
- Support SBD strategy project, and find potential talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates and assists SBD managers with developing, the business case, value proposition, and initial marketing strategy for products or programs throughout the whole cycle of business development
- Works with Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Line Management, Marketing, Development, and other pision stakeholders to uncover potential business opportunities in light of new market and customer insights.
- Conducts market and technology analysis to inform early stage opportunity assessments and the development of the pision’s strategy.
- Conducts early stage opportunity assessments to prioritize business development efforts.
- Identifies and develops channels to market new opportunities.
- Defines key success metrics for new business opportunities and tracks progress periodically.

Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
- Support production team to improve quality, OEE, productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production problem solving or coordinate, the follow-up of corrective action.
- Workshop management to make sure all company policy , procedure , standard working instruction be followed up , including safety ,5S, discipline, etc
- Lead or work with related engineer to improve quality, OEE and productivity.

Engineer Intern工程师实习生 (成都）
Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
With mechanical, automation or material education background, preferably familiar with Auto CAD for design. Utilize the scientific method for designing experiments intended to improve existing and/or develop new processes for product manufacturing. Work on a variety of problems of perse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment with generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Identify, scope, and implement cost reduction projects. Monitor daily operations for process consistency. Interact well with others to accomplish team based decision making and problem resolution. Provide detailed communication on work to both internal and external work groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production support, process control and improvement, material improvement and product minor optimization for optical cable manufacturing.
- Assist BOM creation/ modification and process card as products requirement.
- Recommend/execute process improvements for quality, yield and cost improvement - Documentation & Training of improvements and process understanding to Operations/Maintenance for sustainability
- Inpidual contributor on projects, along with management of PEx improvement projects
- Documentation of status and issues and developing plans to resolve issue
- Design process experiments to determine and optimize important process variables and product parameters
- Assist new product and material introduction, new production line / equipment prove-in
- Identify and implement product cost reductions, scrap reductions, and design improvements
- Support the new material qualification, and manufacturing experiment for new type products development or new process improvement.

Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve raw material delivery efficiency and accuracy and insure implementation such as: new designed warehouse layout, location bin, barcode system, builds visible raw material management system and etc.
- Insure timely and correct raw material good issue/delivery based on low raw material inventory
- Assist in inventory taking and generate inventory report
- Assist shipping team and planning team to follow up the order production and transportation to ensure OTP
