Postdoctoral Researcher
This postdoctoral research position is offered in the area of mouse models of the oncogenic Epstein Barr virus in the Laboratory of Viral Immunobiology at the Institute of Experimental Immunology of the University of Zurich.
Qualifications
Applicants are required to have experience with mouse models in biomedical research and to master immunological techniques, including flow cytometry. In addition, knowledge in T cell biology and anti-viral immune responses would be beneficial. Particularly important for this position is a high degree of integration ability and willingness to cooperate in an international biomedical research team. In addition, a strong curiosity about science and motivation to push the boundaries of immunological research is essential for this function.

We offer
We offer a research position at the forfront of biomedical research, modelling infection and immune control of a human tumorvirus and verfiying the obtained results in patient populations. This research will be performed in an international research team in an internationally reknown institute.
Cantonal salary levels, as recommended by the Swiss National Science Foundation, apply to this research position.
