The Ohlin group in the Department of Chemistry at Umeå University in Sweden is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join our group on a two year fellowship. We are looking for a candidate with experience of polyoxometalate chemistry and/or inorganic materials chemistry and/or investigation of catalytic activity of inorganic materials and films.
The project will focus on the materials chemistry of catalytically active metal oxides, using experimental methods. Of particular interest are the synthesis and characterization of novel polyoxometalates and organic antenna ligands, and the combination of these into photocatalytically active materials for water splitting reactions. The fellowship recipient will play a central role in the project.
