Job DescriptionThe Webber Lab (www. WebberLab.com) at the University of Notre Dame is hiring for a postdoctoral scholar in the area of materials chemistry. This individual will be working on a project to use materials for the formulation and delivery of therapeutics. The position is fully funded for one year, and renewable with satisfactory progress toward research aims. Send an email to Prof. Matthew Webber (mwebberatnd.edu) with subject of “Materials Chemistry Postdoc” and include a complete CV, a statement of research (not to exceed 2 pages) and the names and contact information for 3 references.
Minimum QualificationsPhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer/Materials Science, or related field. No more than 4 years of prior postdoctoral experience.
Preferred QualificationsStrong background in polymer synthesis, material characterization, and drug/protein formulation and delivery.
