Our team has a long-standing experience in genome-wide approaches to decipher epigenetic mechanisms at play during normal T-cell differentiation and leukaemia. The post-doc will implement innovative genomic approaches, including high-throughput reporter assays and CRISPR screens, to dissect cis- regulatory elements functioning in T cell differentiation and/or potentially involved in leukemogenesis. We are looking for a very motivated and talented candidate with strong expertise in functional genomics and gene regulation. Experience with bioinformatics analyses of epigenomics data will be a plus.
The TAGC provides a stimulating and international research environment with state-of-the-art scientific equipment, NGS and bioinformatics platforms.
