Postdoctoral Researchers in the Peng Lab at UCLA
Multiple postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Yi-Rong Peng, Department of Ophthalmology/Neurobiology, University of California, Los Angeles. The Peng lab uses advanced genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic tools, imaging, gene editing, and function and behavior assays, to uncover the molecular origins of the visual system and understand the pathogenetic mechanisms of visual defects. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in neuroscience, physiology, molecular biology, stem cell biology, or related disciplines. Candidates with research experience in data analysis/bioinformatics, electrophysiology, or stem cell techniques are especially encouraged to apply. Positions are immediately available, and applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the positions are filled. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, laboratory experience, and university guidelines.
