Postdoctoral Scholar - Microbiology and Immunology
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Microbiology and Immunology, in Hershey, PA is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar. This position will study the molecular mechanisms of Hepatitis B Virus replication and persistence, with a focus on viral entry and host species tropism. A Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) with research experience in virology, molecular biology, or cell biology is required.
This is a limited term appointment funded for one year from the date of hire, with the possibility for renewal.
Employment will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University polices.
