Dr. Hai-Hui Xue's laboratory, at the Center for Discovery and Innovation, Hackensack University Medical Center (New Jersey, USA), is seeking full-time Postdoctoral Research Scholar(s) to investigate transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of T cell-mediated immune responses to viral infection and tumors.
The Xue lab combines mouse genetics and multiomics approaches to mechanistically define intrinsic pathways that program effector T cell differentiation, memory T cell formation, and rectification of dysfunctional T cells. The lab aims to identify novel approaches to improve vaccine efficacy and enhance tumor immunotherapy.
Interested applicants must have a Ph.D. in immunology or a degree in a related biology field with relevant experience. Expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry, rodent handling, and basic cellular and molecular biology techniques is required. Applicants must be able to independently design, execute and interpret experiments, work in collaboration with other members of the laboratory, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
