The Skok lab is looking for an enthusiastic, driven wet lab postdoc to work on proteins involved in chromosome architecture and gene regulation in the context of cell cycle, development and disease states. Candidates should have knowledge of chromatin biology and experience in chromosome conformation capture and HiChIP, CRISPR, Mass Spec, as well as NGS techniques (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq). The candidates are expected to establish independent research projects and to generate high impact publications, which should provide the postdoctoral fellows with an excellent opportunity for further career development in academia or pharmaceutical companies.
